It is an exciting time at MMD as we continue to grow, we have entry level opportunities for Operators.

In this role you will operate and monitor state of the art equipment to ensure our product meets established quality and efficiency guidelines.  You will be responsible for meeting our customer's specifications and following established work instructions.  These positions are located at our Industrial Manufacturing facility located at 20600 County Road 81 in Rogers.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1st Shift

Monday - Friday 6:54 am - 3:00 pm

2nd Shift

Monday - Friday 2:54 pm - 11:00 pm

3rd Shift

MOnday - Friday 10:54 pm - 7:00 am

Primary duties include:
  • Read, comprehend, and perform duties as outlined in work instructions
  • Ability to operate assigned work cells
  • Ability to read and understand simple graphs and charts
  • Promote and follow lean operating principles
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to report labor quantities, labor type, scrap quantities and scrap type on worksheets as well as in the computer system

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 25 pounds continuously
  • Periodic to continuous standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, reaching, twisting and lifting
  • Good manual dexterity and visual ability
