We mold both blank bipolar fuel cell plates and finished bipolar fuel cell plates with the flow field molded into the plate. Over the years we have molded hundreds of thousands of fuel cell plates, and we are experienced with both low temp and high temp materials. And our 800 ton thermoset molding press is ideal for molding high quality bipolar fuel cell plates.
Our blank bipolar fuel cell plates are available in standard and custom sizes, which we can precision CNC machine to your exact specifications or sell as blanks. We have machined tens of thousands of bipolar fuel cell plates over the years and have multiple high speed machining centers which are perfect for that purpose. We are also experienced at bonding bipolar fuel cell plates together, and use conductive adhesives and maintain precise parallelism.
