Payroll Administrator – 1st Shift

Responsibilities:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible to perform all activities necessary to process weekly payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management.

  • Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for manual checks, and processing terminations.
  • Research, resolve, and respond to employee questions regarding their paychecks.
  • Responsible for third parties invoice payments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent training.
  • Experience with Ultipro is a must.

This is a Part-Time opportunity Monday through Friday, 20-25 hours per week.

The compensation package will consist of an attractive and competitive market based salary, which will be determined, in part, by the successful candidate’s level of manufacturing experience.
