Process Technician – 1st Shift

The Process Technician is responsible for ensuring proper operation of thermoplastics equipment in an efficient and safe manner for maximum production quality.
- Title and Definition.
- Generate Processes.
- Preform Trouble shooting on higher level out of process issues.
- Train other department personnel.
- Update Set Up instructions, Cycle sheets, and Operator instructions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- BS Degree preferred.
- Able to use a computer, calculator, read and write in English and do shop Math.
- Able to use measuring instruments such as scales, calipers, dial indicators.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking to evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Blue print reading.
MMD offers top wages for experienced candidates. The compensation package will consist of an attractive and competitive market based salary, which will be determined, in part, by the successful candidate’s level of manufacturing experience. Pre-Employment background checks and drug screen required.
